★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si buscas algún lugar para una sesión de fotos este es un lugar indicado, es pequeño a pesar de ser un estudio. Pero funcional y muy buena atención por parte del encargado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal foro. Entra muchísimo ruido exterior, las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, el baño está muy sucio y su puerta es una maderita muy mal puesta. Un lugar muy incómodo y no te proporcionan sillas. Apenas si hay una mesita de madera para poner cosas.
Very bad forum. A lot of outside noise enters, the facilities leave much to be desired, the bathroom is very dirty and the door is a piece of wood that is very poorly placed. Very uncomfortable place and they don't provide chairs. There is hardly a wooden table to put things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen espacio para producciones pequeñas, 15 personas caben bien. Ofrecen lo necesario por el precio de la renta y emiten factura. Me gustó que no te limitan o te están vigilando, pues confían en tu responsabilidad para cuidar las instalaciones. Puedes hacer y deshacer lo que necesites y ocupar todo el espacio a tu conveniencia. El encargado facilitó todo el proceso e incluso nos prestó algunas herramientas que tenían ahí. Además fue muy puntual tanto para la entrada como para la salida.
El camerino es cómodo para tres personas, cuatro como máximo. El espejo abarca toda una pared y tiene foquitos ? También tiene un rack para colgar ropa y dos sillas altas.
Hay tres mesas y como diez sillas que puedes utilizar. También botes de basura necesarios.
Puede llegar a encerrarse el calor pero tienen tres ventiladores disponibles que ayudan a disiparlo.
Nos permitieron entrar con todo nuestro catering, no hay lugar para calentar ni enjuagar, así que recomiendo llevar todo listo.
La salita de la parte de arriba es muy cómoda. El baño es pequeño pero funcional. Todo súper bien con la instalación eléctrica. Con un buen diseño de iluminación se pueden lograr productos muy buenos.
El lugar está un poco escondido y no tiene estacionamiento, los coches se deben dejar en la calle, sin embargo, nosotros no tuvimos ningún inconveniente con eso.
Good space for small productions, 15 people fit well. They offer what is necessary for the price of the rent and issue an invoice. I liked that they do not limit you or they are watching you, because they trust your responsibility to take care of the facilities. You can do and undo what you need and occupy all the space at your convenience. The manager facilitated the whole process and even lent us some tools that they had there. He was also very punctual both for entry and exit.
The dressing room is comfortable for three people, four maximum. The mirror spans an entire wall and has light bulbs ? It also has a rack for hanging clothes and two high chairs.
There are three tables and about ten chairs that you can use. Also necessary trash cans.
The heat can be locked in but they have three fans available to help dissipate it.
We were allowed in with all our catering, there is no place to heat or rinse, so I recommend bringing everything ready.
The living room upstairs is very comfortable. The bathroom is small but functional. Everything super good with the electrical installation. With good lighting design, very good products can be achieved.
The place is a bit hidden and does not have parking, cars must be left on the street, however, we did not have any problem with that.
