★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio mi llegada estaba programada para llegar a Puebla a las 6 y llegue literalmente a las 7 no puede ser que pierdan tanto tiempo en los traslados del punto de salida al autobus y que encima de todo pasen a recoger todavía a cada punto que tienen como auto colectivo y el tráfico no tiene nada que ver por que en esta ciudad el tráfico siempre existe, en otras líneas este punto es tomado en cuenta y se llega en el tiempo marcado. Demasiado CARO por lo que ofrecen los autobuses dejan mucho que desear esta mucho mejor la Van de traslados, y no ofrecen un snack ni nada. Quede sumamente Decepcionado de EBUS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, nunca encuentras a nadie en el stand donde te venden los boletos en la plaza miyana. Pasa una mini van y te deja cerca del Ángel de la independencia, en un lugar oscuro e inseguro, y todavía el autobús tarda como 20 min en pasar, pésima servicio, de verdad por $333 ( qué se me hace muy caro) no lo recomiendo que pasen un mal momento.
The service is terrible, you never find anyone at the booth where they sell you tickets in the Miyana square. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, super puntuales PERO su política de cancelación es pésima.
Su politica de cambios y devoluciones menciona: en pagos con tarjeta no se hacen devoluciones en efectivo. En otras palabras:
NO pueden cancelar y/o realizar devoluciones cuando pagaste tú boleto con tarjeta.
El sistema de cambio, menciona que puedes realizar cambio 30 minutos antes de tu partida, en ventanilla te dicen que solo pueden modificar 1 hora, si lo compraste por internet.
El de ventanilla menciona que le deje el boleto a veeeeer si me lo puede cancelar, se lo deje y compre otro.
... En fin... A la siguiente ya se.
Good service, super punctual BUT their cancellation policy is lousy.

Antes hacías escala en Miyana, WTC, Angel de la Independencia sin bajar del autobús, ahora te transportan en una Van al Ángel de la independencia y te dejan esperando en la calle más de media hora, sin asientos y con las maletas. No me imagino el día que esté lloviendo o haya que esperar más...En mi caso embarazada. Con un servicio así será la última vez que ocupe esta línea de autobuses.
