parece que les estas pidiendo que te regalen las cosas. @ALSER AUTOGAS, Totalmente de acuerdo contigo, para que se dignen a realizar un diagnostico, tienes que pagar por adelantado, luego van y no pueden hacer ningun tipo de servicio una vez en sitio, para eso tienes que pagar el servicio otra vez por adelantado pero una vez que el tecnico les pase el diagnostico a ellos y que te coticen las refacciones (CARISIMAS), ok aceptas que le pongan las refacciones y le hagan el servicio necesario, para lo cual tienes que pagar todo por adelantado, después de 5 meses nunca llegaron las refacciones porqué según ellos no las hay y no saben cuando las tendrán, y para colmo no me han querido hacer la devolución del dinero poniendo miles de pretextos y sin siquiera responder, esa LETICIA FLORES super DESPOTA, le vale madre el cliente, no responde, y no regresan el dinero cuando ellos no consiguen las refacciones. entonces para que piden pagos por adelantado???? CALIFICACION - 100

La señorita Leticia Flores es déspota y grosera parece no importarle si le compras o no.
Si necesitas servicio para tu impresora, te dice, "primero me pagas el servicio después te esperas de 48 a 72 horas para que vayan a hacer el diagnostico, te damos el presupuesto de mano de obra, insumos o refacciones y si lo autorizas te descuento el costo del servicio.
Entonces cuanto tiempo debo tener mi impresora descompuesta o cuanto tiempo necesitas para darme el servicio?
Pregunta; realmente se sienten únicos?, se creen que no hay nadie mas que pueda dar el servicio a una impresora?
Ojala siempre les sobre trabajo para que se sigan poniendo sus moños y menospreciando el trabajo que les llega a su puerta.

Si volvería a comprar en este lugar.
