Since last Friday a shipment was made that we should have received 2 days ago ... you call and they tell you: this afternoon they will deliver it ... and that does not happen. You call YOUR as a customer the next day to follow up and they tell you… their scheduled delivery for yesterday was not delivered because the delivery man was late and he leaves at 6 pm. Ok They tell you again it is delivered during the morning…. It's 3 pm and it hasn't been delivered yet… you call again and they tell you that it is safe in the afternoon, since they have a route… it's 6 pm and it still hasn't arrived !!!!! I wonder …. So they are 3 days late in their deliveries and terrible planning of routes and delivery times ... The staff does and says what they can… you can see their lack of belonging and training PS Today is Thursday and I still haven't received my package, which by the way is like 25 large boxes ... I want to think that they take up a lot of space ?

Excelent service. I sent 2 damaged motorcycles from Puerto Vallarta to Mexico. Everything was very fast, the treatment of the staff was first class. We picked them up at CDMX and the CDMX staff was also very good.

To pick up your package they are asking you for a copy of your ine, which is much better for me! It gives more security to your packages. To bring them from other countries is too fast and safe! Definitely the best package
