Easy Chango - 77760 Tulum

We dove Cenote Angelita with Easy Chango. The service was satisfactory, and our dive master was fun and friendly. My girlfriend is an instructor and I am an experienced diver, so we both know what to look for in a shop. The facilities seemed a bit dirty. When we arrived at the dive site we found out that one of my fins was broken...good start. We were able to fix it easily enough and get on with the dive. The Cenote itself was AMAZING. As we were diving, I started to get low on air. I've been trained to do a safety stop at 700 PSI, and all instructors I've worked with have followed that rule. I mentioned to the divemaster that I was low on air...and we continued the dive. Ok, fine, I could see the surface and wasn't too concerned. I can handle myself. I didn't want to leave my dive buddy, however. As my air got lower, I notified my divemaster every 100 PSI. At 100 PSI, I had to tell them that I was going up. No notification from her that I should surface, no concern whatsoever with my dwindling air supply. Not to mention that gauges can be off by as much as 200 or 300 PSI. My safety is my responsibility, but it's also up to the divemaster to ensure that everything is taken care of. I worry that if someone else who were less experienced were put in that situation they would not know how to handle it. In summary, the equipment was satisfactory but not great. Service was solid. Divemaster could have benefited from a more professional mentality.

Liz and Cesar were incredible. Even though I was terrified of the water they went out of their way to make me more comfortable. Prices are very reasonable and all other staff is friendly. Will come back, mostly for our two dive masters.

I got my PADI open water license via Easy Chango and had a great time! It was a magical experience to dive for the first time. My dive instructor (Alan) was a very profesional and friendly guy that explained me everything i should know regarding diving and i always felt very safe and comfortable. Thanks again for everything!

Please don’t trust the guy at the front desk, I came to talk with him this morning to book an afternoon dive in Cento Dos Ojos, after we agreed the dive and me and my gf waited all morning , when I came to do the dive , I was informed that there was not instructor to do it. Really disappointing and unprofessional experience, if you want to secure your dive try best in another dive shop.

My girlfriend and I did two dives and it was wonderful. We first did basic training in Casa Cenote which is a beautiful natural lake with fishes, which was pretty good. Then we went into the reefs in the ocean and it was even better! We saw things like squids, lionfish, parrotfish and a grouper. Our instructors Liz and Jorge were great, very professional and had our safety first at all times. Cost of the package with two oxygen tanks with up to 45 minutes of oxygen each, private transportation for the two of us, two instructors, boat to take us to middle of the ocean, cenote entry ($10) included: $150 per person. One dive only would have been $100 and it would absolutely not have been worth it, since the ocean dive was much superior. Total time: 4 hours.

Fantastic experience from a great dive centre. Our instructor Jorge was brilliant and very fun. He took us to Casa Cenote and car wash, both great dives, both completely different. I look forward to returning to try out a few more with them.

Phenomenal experience! Lukas took my skeptical 14 year old son through PADI Open water certification. He instilled confidence w a fun attitude. We dove 3 of the most amazing cenotes. My son and I left glowing w an incredible mother and son experience! Thank you!
