Francesco and Zuriel start off by being extremely friendly, but don't let them fool you. They provide terrible customer service and did not help when my bike broke down. In addition to having to find my own way back to my accommodation due to a mechanical failure with their moped, they neither offered to compensate me nor did they refund my deposit. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Paco was a tremendous help in renting us a car for our stay in Puerto Escondido. He personally delivered the car to our rental house, allowed us to extend our rental by two days, and gave our family a ride to the airport after we were done with the car. He went above and beyond and was extremely gracious. I would recommend his car rentals to anyone!

Definitely the worst experience I had in Mexico. We contacted Easy Ride to rent two mopeds from Puerto Escondido to Mazunte. The battery on 1 of 2 bikes died while we were in Mazunte. It was 5:30pm. We contacted EasyRide to ask them what to do. We followed their instructions, sent them videos of us following their instructions. In the end, we couldn't ride back on one bike with 2 people and 2 large traveller backpacks. We left the bikes in secure locations and sent pictures to document the entire process. The battery dying was not our fault. Easy Ride was extremely rude and failed to give us back our deposit. Dealing with Francesco and Zuriel put a damper on our vacation and were really terrible to deal with.

Dealing with Francesco at the start of our booking was pleasant, but went downhill from there: My friend and I rented two mopeds to go to Mazunte from Puerto Escondido (our travel plans were clearly communicated to Francesco) and when we were ready to make our way back to Puerto Escondido, the batteries on one of the mopeds had died. Francesco gave us instructions to which we followed but did not help with starting the moped. We sent videos and pictures of us following his instructions. We were stranded and it was not our fault that the battery died. We were unable to ride the one working bike back as the sun was setting and it would be unsafe to ride back on the highway in the dark, and nearly impossible with two people wearing travelers backpacks. We left both mopeds in safe, secure spaces to be picked up by Easy Ride the next day and provided Francesco with the keys to both bikes when we retuned to Puerto Escondido. Francesco agreed that this would be ok. When asking for our deposit back, Easy ride instantly switched their attitude and acted as if they didn't know anything that had happened when we were in clear communication the entire time. They scammed us of our deposit and were extremely rude.
