Hello, very bad experience at the beginning the arena I bought 7 tickets for 1000 pesetas each and the next day at the appointment (the seller did not come as promised) and the driver asks us to pay the remaining 5000 pesetas, then at after 10 minutes he asks us more 250 € !!!? We said no, then 10 minutes later we leave. The rest of the average trip, average tulium in explanations, mandatory stop without asking us !!! Passable lunch then the visit of Conakry is very good with an average guide

I have had three experience in this place, two have left me with a good taste but the last one has left the worst of the flavors, both the driver and the guide in the catamaran named Cesar have talked to us rudely and that is not worth it since you don't pay for that I hope you pay more attention to the people you hire

Bad logistical organization, I understand that they manage hundreds of tourists a day, but in managing everything they could optimize better for the tourist, not only for them

We found ourselves very well on the contrary of the negative reviews on TripAdvisor, congratulations to Stefano and Cristina for the commercial part and to our guide Jessica for the tour of Sian Ka'an. One minor problem I would do it on the dead time of the Coba tour, a bit 'too forced on some commercial locations, see the refreshment point.

I took the tour to Chichenitza, it included transfers to Valladolid, cenote ik kil and Chichenitza, plus very good buffet food. I think the price is more than fair, for all of the above. The staff was really friendly at all times. Highly recommended.

14 Stunden Reise - wow.
The booking was easy via Whatsapp, but after 14 hours of Chichen Itza Classic and unorganized waiting times, we don't book another excursion here. The Toyota bus was probably already 20 years old - unfortunately the seats were so uncomfortable, the pickup worked on time, but then we went to the gas station to fill up, then another gas station so that the driver could get a coffee, then we went to the head office Playa and there we waited 30 minutes for other guests. We continued to Tulum where we waited another 45 minutes at Easytour. We also had to pay for the trip there. After a 1 hour drive we went to a bazaar where we stayed for 1 hour. Then we finally went to Chichen Itza and stayed for 2 hours. Then we went to the Oxam Cenote where we had "ate" in a bunker at 3 p.m. and had paid for a Coke and Sprite for 100 MX. The food was more like grade 4. The departure time was just moved from 4:40 p.m. to 5 p.m. which we were not told and we waited at the car that was over (we were on time ^^). Then we drove to the city of Valladolid, where we stayed for another 45 minutes and supposedly had a free tequila tasting. Unfortunately, all tourists were dumped here and there was nothing to do with tasting. At least we could use the wifi. After that it was back to the hotel. 14 hour trip - wow.

Not sure why so many bad reviews. We had an excellent experience on the Tulum-Cenote-Koba tour. Tour guide was good and very passionate about the history and culture of the Mayans. Be advised there are several tour groups going on at the same time so be aware of Check In times and where and what bus to get on when departing to the other legs of the tour, that can be a little hectic but there is always someone to ask for advice. Lastly we had a buffet lunch at a open air cafeteria on a lake near Koba...by far some of the best food we had in the Yucatan.
