Easy Way Tulum Car Rental - Tulum

Me llevo una grata experiencia con Easy way, realmente la calidad del servicio y la facilidad con la que pude rentar mi auto me dejaron muy contenta. El próximo año espero estar de vuelta por Tulum y ya se con quien conseguir un auto de calidad a buen precio.

One of the employees that works for this company has been texting me since I’ve been home thinking I am my girlfriend. He is asking for nudes and it won’t stop texting me. Do not rent from this place.

First office at the back of ADO bus station does not exist. Second one showing in Google neither. Phone on website is wrong. Is this a bad joke?

Best option for anyone looking to stay out of the Hotel Zone in Cancun. (100% would recommend going to stay at a more local spot in Quintana Roo). If you decide on staying away from the touristy, vendor filled soup that is Cancun, and go further out, you must absolutely rent with EasyWay. I have never ever had a more pleasant experience renting a car. They picked me up at the airport, away from the Taxi Zone and drove me to the rental location. They do a thorough examination of the cars condition before handing off the keys and make you also take pictures and videos of the car before pulling away. 30 minutes later, we were in our own safe and convenient vehicle. We were able to take full advantage of the sites and locations due to our ability to move freely. The car took very little gas throughout our whole week stay and had Bluetooth, AC and safe storage. We were nervous about renting a car due to the numerous amounts of people on trip advisory websites saying that they had been scammed by other car rental agencies with both hidden fees or falsely reported damages as well as reports of gas attendees scamming people out of money. We did not have any incidents like these with our rental and EasyWay had the absolute best rate available. We paid a whopping $135 for the whole week, including full insurance coverage. No deposit or holding fee applied. Unreal rates!

Incredibly easy rental service with great prices. Rented a car for a week in Tulum and had no issues from the airport pickup to drop off. Fast process and had no surprises with pricing/rates after booking online. The employees were professional and took great care of us. We speak little Spanish, but they were helpful. Would recommend to those looking to travel/ car rental. Saved tons of money avoiding shuttles and taxis.
