La señorita intentó convencerme diciéndome que mi vestido ya estaba así cuando lo lleve, que sus planchas no queman de esa forma, que con lo único que me podía ayudar era recomendándome un sastre. Pero yo estoy 100% segura que mi vestido NO estaba así. Tengo fotos con el vestido puesto antes. Mi vestido esta nuevo, antes de llevarlo le quite la etiqueta, como ya me mencioné me lo medí varias veces, de hecho lo lleve solo a planchar. Estoy muy triste, de ver que la gente de verdad no se toma tu trabajo enserio, se que es algo material pero de verdad no tienen idea el daño que hicieron. Pésimo.
DO NOT GO. EASY CLEAN Dry Cleaner handed me my BURNED wedding dress. A unique dress The lady tried to convince me by telling me that my dress was already like this when I wear it, that her irons don't burn that way, that the only thing she could help me was by recommending a tailor. But I am 100% sure that my dress was NOT like that. I have photos with the dress on before. My dress is new, before taking it off I removed the label, as I mentioned I measured it several times, in fact I took it only to iron. I'm very sad to see that real people don't take your job seriously, I know it's something material but they really have no idea what damage they did. Appalling.
