Lugar limpio y equipado con equipo de cardio, fuerza y pesas, cuenta con área infantil con niñera, tiene una área donde se imparten clases de yoga, ritmos latinos, clases de salon y otros que puedes tomar con previa reservacion.
El área de regaderas tiene locker y están bastante bien, cuenta con agua caliente, secador de pelo, y vaporizador por si ocupas desarrugar alguna prenda.
El área de guardería está seguras aunque tienen juegos muy altos y no aptos para niños menores de 3 años, las chicas muy amables con los peques. Nota solo tienes 10 pases para uso de este servicio durante tu membresía si es que la adquieres con estos beneficios.
Los instructores son amables, creo que esta bien si quieres iniciar a ejercitarte.
Los pagos son mediante membresía de pago ANUAL o SEMESTRAL ÚNICAMENTE y requieren estos pagos con tarjeta ya sea débito y credito (**si cancelas antes del año te penalizan con el 20% del costo de la mensualidad) solo por esto le doy 4 estrellas.

A clean place equipped with cardio, strength and weight equipment, it has a children's area with a babysitter, it has an area where yoga classes, Latin rhythms, salon classes and others that you can take with prior reservation are taught.
The shower area has a locker and they are quite good, it has hot water, a hair dryer, and a steamer in case you need to unwrinkle any garment.
The nursery area is safe, although they have very high games and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age, the girls are very kind to the little ones. Note You only have 10 passes to use this service during your membership if you purchase it with these benefits.
The instructors are friendly, I think it's fine if you want to start exercising.

Ademas está super económico acomparacion de otros gyms apesar de la la cantidad y buena calidad de sus máquinas. Al igual tiene su área de masajes, banos con regaderas, área de classes y cardio. 100 recomendado. Además los instructores y la gente de recepción son muy pacientes y con buen modo.
