★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general el gimnasio es bueno al tener una gran variedad de equipos y que están prácticamente nuevos ya que el gimnasio abrió a finales del 2017
Cuentan con un área asignada a cardio donde puedes utilizar caminadoras, escaladoras, bicicletas, y remos. Normalmente hay disponibilidad de ellos ya que tienen una gran cantidad de estos equipos.
También esta el área de peso libre donde puedes utilizar prensa, banco inclinado y declinado, hack, bench press entre otros así como barras y mancuernas
Por otro lado esta el area de maquinas donde hay maquinas como predicador, hack, extensión para cuádriceps, entre otros
Además está el circuito expreses donde puedes hacer una serie de ejercicios en tan sólo 22 minutos y ellos te van guiando que equipos utilizar
Finalmente tienen la clases de salón donde puedes practicar yoga, ritmos latinos, boot camp entre otros.
Son muy estrictos en su reglamento van desde una llamada de atención hasta finalizacion del contrato los puntos más importantes son:
1.Traer tu propia toalla y cargarla consigo siempre para limpiar el equipo que se acaba de utilizar
2. Política de vestimenta
MUJERES: sin tops cortos o escoltados, no shorts cortos
HOMBRES : No camisas sin mangas, mallas, lycras, ni shorts muy cortos
3. Regresar el equipo a su lugar
4. Dejar libre el locker
5.el tiempo máximo para usar las regaderas es de 10 minutos
6. No puedes sacar ningún equipo de las instalaciones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En recepción siempre están con una jetota hasta el piso, los instructores solo pelan a las chavas guapas y el aseo del baño de los hombres lo hacen 3 señoras, es incómodo que te tienes que encuerar delante de ellas, por qué el baño de las mujeres no lo asean 3 hombres mientras ellas se cambian y bañan ?? Ni vayan !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta tod muy bien el lugar es super limpio baños regaderas etc... Pero em el horario de 2 a 4 que yo voy no hay instrucctor..hay aparatos que no se usar en mi caso y no quien me auxilie y tengo que preguntar a algunas personas que asisten..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuenta con aparatos nuevos, el servicio de los coaches es muy buena, te ponen atención y te ayudan a personalizar tus ejercicios, es un lugar recomendable para ir a ejercitarse. Las clases de combat con Mary son geniales!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta. Es un lugar pequeño sin embargo esta todo funcionando y limpio. Baños. Aparatos. Todo. Las clases son duras y efectivas. Se practica mucho el respeto. Los instructores son muy dedicados. Las clases puntuales. Lo único que he notado que no es agradable son los tapetes les falta un poco de aseo. De repente están muy olorosos. Pero es lo único.
I like it. It is a small place however everything is working and clean. Bathrooms. Appliances All. The classes are hard and effective. Respect is practiced a lot. The instructors are very dedicated. The punctual classes. The only thing I have noticed that it is not pleasant are the rugs they lack a bit of cleanliness. Suddenly they are very fragrant. But it is the only thing.
