Jonas was an informative guide, and over all a great experience. We had heard from friends who previously took the tour that their guide also provided information about local sites, and told them how to explore cheaply using colectivos for transportation. (We didn't hear about any of this, which is why this was a 4 star - very good, versus a 5-star, which is above and beyond for me.)

I found this to be very informative and really appreciated the knowledge that our guide Henry shared about the history and culture of Playa. You won't regret this tour - highly recommend!

We walked thru the central part of PDC saw great wall art and we were immersed into the local culture I would highly recommend this place to anyone

We learned lots of great local history of the people and food. The food was AMAZING! We had street Tacos, Mole, Quekas and Aguas Fresca. We topped it off with Fruit Ice Cream. We were able to experience the wonderful street art along the way. I would highly recommend this tour if you are looking for a local off 5th Avenue experience of PDC!

The food eaten was a great mix of everything from street tacos to burrito sized Mayan tamales to freshly squeezed juices. I even had a cup of fresh cooked corn in mayonnaise w/spices(not a U.S delicacy). I highly recommend anyone looking for a great food adventure with a knowledgeable guide take a tour with Carmen food tours.
