Constante denigración en ciertas áreas y prometen muchas cosas para los trabajadores foraneos, que ellos por la situación actualmente vivida ante la pandemia se han visto afectados y abucen de sus ganas de trabajar. No esta bien que les griten por todo y exigen hacer bien la tarea.
Independiente del error o trabajo, por mucho que te equivoques como empresa es su obligación capacitar y que los de recursos humanos de versificar que se cuenten con las habilidades requeridad para los vacantes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero que nada muy mal el trato por parte del sindicato, y luego te prometen cosas que no cumplen entras ganando $220 y te quedas con esa categoría y luego entran los de QAS y ya son líderes y técnicos de calidad sin tener la experiencia y la antigüedad, hablan de ética y del conflicto de interéses y nada mas porque al Ingeniero le gustó alguien le dan el puesto y luego postean ingenierías y les dan el puesto a personas que no tienen estudios, sin duda deja mucho que desear. Y todavía se preguntan porque los nuevos no duran. ¡ LA VERDAD NO PECA PERO INCÓMODA!!!!
