No saben ser jefes, les duele pagar lo justo y contratan a gente que no tiene estudios ni experiencia, solo por su apariencia, no hay delegación adecuada de actividades. No hay procesos de trabajo
Terrible place to work, there is no administration, you have to endure the whims, tantrums and moods of the bosses who also have no brothers. They don't know how to be bosses, it hurts them to pay just enough and they hire people who have no studies or experience, just because of their appearance, there is no adequate delegation of activities. There are no work processes
