★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy rico el Tonkotsu Ramen, solo que para mi gusto le hizo falta un poco más de sabor en el caldo (más especies), las verduras recién contadas ??, la pasta estuvo al punto y el sake de lujo. Sin duda vuelvo a ir ? para después cambiar mi puntuación a 5 estrellas ?
The Tonkotsu Ramen is very tasty, only for my taste it needed a little more flavor in the broth (more species), the freshly counted vegetables ??, the pasta was on point and the luxury sake. I will definitely go again ? and then change my score to 5 stars ?
