Así que tuve que aventarme el viaje así. Al llegar a Destino hablé con el supervisor y me dijo que ya lo habían checado y todo estaba bien. Me pareció una falta de todo, el negar una situación y poner a un cliente como mentiroso. Necesitan tener más tacto y profecionalismo en atención a clientes. De qué sirven sus encuestas de satisfacción, si cuando hay una anomalía no la saben resolver. My trip was lousy. The toilet got clogged up, and it started to smell like pee. A	ANTONIO JOSE GARCIA BLAZQUEZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que vengo a Cdmx tomaba ebus, pero las últimas ocasiones tarda ya más de 4 hrs en llegar al ángel que es su primer parada, independientemente del tráfico podrían usar apps para ir evitando las zonas con más tráfico y acortar los tiempos, pero siempre se van por calles demasiado pesadas, si quieres comodidad es una buena opción pero toma en cuenta que harás casi siempre el doble de tiempo que con otras opciones. Imagínate, poder abordar el autobús directo a Puebla desde; Patio Santa Fe, a dos calles del Ángel de la Independencia, WTC y/o Plaza Antara (Polanco) por menos de $300.00. Genial. ¿Será que habría servido desde Toluca a Puebla? Estaría bien. ??
