★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy viaje del WTC en el Ebus a las 10:20 hacia Paseo destino de Puebla, y durante el viaje empezó a oler a orines. Cheque y el baño estaba tapado rebosando los orines al piso. Inmediatamente me comunique al teléfono que usan de WhatsApp para reportarlo. No podían hacer nada hasta llegar a la terminal de Puebla. Así que durante el recorrido tuvimos que ir con olor a pipí. Llegué busque al supervisor para la queja y según él, no había ningún problema en el baño. Aún y cuando le comenté al chófer y me sugirió que lo reportara. En resumen TODOS los que me atendieron negaron el suceso, que poco profesionalismo y que manera de hacerse tontos. Es una línea de autobuses que ya está decayendo tanto en servicio como en atención a clientes.
 Today I traveled from the WTC on the Ebus at 10:20 to Paseo destination Puebla, and during the trip it began to smell like urine. Check and the bathroom was covered overflowing the urine to the floor. I immediately contacted the phone they use WhatsApp to report it. They couldn't do anything until they reached the Puebla terminal. So during the tour we had to go smelling like pee. I got to look for the supervisor for the complaint and according to him, there was no problem in the bathroom. Even when I told the driver and he suggested that I report it. In short, EVERYONE who attended me denied the event, what a lack of professionalism and what a way to play dumb. It is a bus line that is already declining both in service and customer service.
