I like it, it's small but comfortable for when you have to wait at night or very early, it has toilets, WiFi and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

Tienen una supuesta zona de resguardo de equipaje que no vigila nadie y el servicio es lentísimo ya que solo tienen una persona en taquilla para la marca ebus. It is very hot and they have no ventilation at all. They have a supposed luggage storage area that nobody watches and the service is very slow since they only have one person at the box office for the ebus brand.

Los empleados están viendo videos de música en los asientos de los clientes en lugar de atenderles como es debido. No vi nadie a nivel supervision que pudiera poner orden. El lugar, finamente está bien ubicado, ya no abandondan los a pasajeros en la calle enfrente del Angel de la Independencia. Empleados con actitud confrontativa con los clientes. Es un gran contraste con el servicio en Paseo Destino. Bad service, I had a misunderstanding with employee Giovanni Silva. Employees are watching music videos at customers' seats instead of serving them properly. I did not see anyone at the supervisory level who could put order. The place is finally well located, they no longer abandon passengers on the street in front of the Angel of Independence. Employees with confrontational attitude with customers. It's a stark contrast to the service at Paseo Destino.
