★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi coche a Hojalateria y primero cuando preguntaba por el estatus, me daban información de otro coche, después cuando lo fui a recoger tenia detalles en la pintura que tuvieron que volver a reparar y le faltaba una pieza. Al final el coche ko quedo al 100 de la reparación, pero si quedó bien y me dijeron que así pasa porque es reparación. :/
I took my car to the body shop and first when I asked about the status, they gave me information about another car, then when I went to pick it up it had details on the paint that had to be repaired and a part was missing. In the end, the car was 100 percent from the repair, but it was fine and they told me that it happens because it is repair. : /

Sin embargo, dudo que hayan cambiado correctamente algunos de los suministros y l servicio quedó incompleto. Las instalaciones están descuidadas y sus áreas son muy pequeñas. Aunque me queda cerca, no regreso.
Friendly staff and the advisor who attended me (Eng. Carlos Leyva) with apparent good disposition. However, I doubt that some of the supplies were changed correctly and the service was incomplete. The facilities are run down and their areas are very small. Although it is close to me, I will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo más de 15 años comprando mis autos con ellos y realizando mis servicios. Hoy lleve mis dos unidades a servicio y muy bien con nuestro asesor de siempre. Pero en ventas siempre entro y normalmente veo otro modelo pero hoy y ayer ninguno se acercó a ofrecer una venta.
I have more than 15 years buying my cars with them and performing my services. Today I took my two units to service and very well with our usual advisor. But in sales I always go in and normally I see another model but today and yesterday none came to offer a sale.
