There is only one phone with the guy on the other line being unresponsive or not so smart. I called a day before to rsvp my bus for 6:30am to Mazunte. He assured me that he will pick me up at 6:10am at my place I gave my phone number and my address. Next morning nobody came. No one called me as they promised. And when I tried to call the guy simply would hang on me. I tried many times. He would respond but then without trying to understand what I'm saying would hang on me.
I missed my bus ride because of them and now I have to rsvp something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. 7 hours (300 max) from Oaxaca to Pochutla. The drivers ran a few errands themselves along the way. Plenty of breaks for bathroom visits and snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero comfort. No leg room. Hellish. Book the main bus company instead. You could get a minibus with absolutely zero recline or leg room. I wouldn't wish that journey from Oaxaca to Puerto Escondido on anyone.
