Llegamos y la puerta estaba cerrada, tuvimos que llamar por teléfono para pedir ayuda, sólo así logramos entrar. Todo lo demás, bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es lindo, no lo niego... Sin embargo como clientes debemos analizar más cosas que solo el lindo paisaje. Visité Bel lugar con un grupo y solicité actividades...y a pesar de haber hecho reservación no nos estaban esperando... Llegamos y ni siquiera tenían las actividades listas, los trabajadores son amables y serviciales pero les falta mucha capacitación y formalidad... No sabían ni como hacer las actividades por las que pagamos y sinceramente me fui decepcionada con actividades fuera de tiempo y que prácticamente tuvimos que ir desifrando solos. Yo sé que los empleados son personas de la comunidad, pero les hace falta mucho más entrenamiento. Otro punto es que no hay ningún administrativo como para resolver alguna contingencia. El lugar del comedor lleno de moscas, no se puede comer sin que invadan todo lo que llevas. Puntos buenos: personal amable, comida rica y el espacio es lindo. Es una lástima que la informalidad demerite todo lo positivo.
The place is beautiful, I do not deny it ... However, as clients we must analyze more things than just the beautiful landscape. I visited Bel place with a group and requested activities ... and despite having made a reservation they weren't waiting for us ... We arrived and they didn't even have the activities ready, the workers are friendly and helpful but they lack a lot of training and formality ... They didn't even know how to do the activities we paid for and honestly I was disappointed with activities out of time and that we practically had to figure out alone. I know that the employees are people from the community, but they need much more training. Another point is that there is no administrative person to resolve any contingency. The dining room place full of flies, you can't eat without invading everything you carry. Good points: friendly staff, good food and the space is nice. It is a pity that informality detracts from everything positive.

Good deal, the cabins are spacious with AA. There is no cell phone signal, I think it's the best of all. A place to rest from routine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue completamente decepcionante tratar de reservar una cabaña y que me respondieran dudas, como si realmente no quisieran ofrecer el servicio o me estuvieran haciendo un favor, esta muy bonito ya tuve la experiencia de ir hace mucho tiempo, pero ahora que quise reservar nuevamente ya no me quedo un buen sabor de boca la atención, por ese simple detalle quizás no me vuelva animar a acudir. Saludos ojala mejoren.
It was completely disappointing trying to book a cabin and having questions answered, as if they really didn't want to offer the service or were doing me a favor, it's very nice I already had the experience of going a long time ago, but now that I wanted to book again I no longer The attention left a good taste in my mouth, because of that simple detail, perhaps I will not be encouraged to go again.
