★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They stole my jacket from my room and the maneger dint do anything about it. The employees are lazy and they cover each other up. I will never go back there. I wish i can talk to the owner so he can fix this problem. PLEASE FIRST READ ALL THE BAD COMMENTS BEFORE YOU BOOK THERE. apprentely there has being any people that have stole their stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I accidentally dropped in the lobby a stack of bills as I was taking my 2 yr old son to the ER .. I noticed I lost all my money when I was already at the hospital. Next morning I asked the guy who parks the vehicles that I lost my money and he told me that a guest found it and gave it to the employee at the lobby. Guess what? They only gave a portion of my money. Security cameras shows that this thief moves into a blind spot to count the money and just put a partial inside of an envelope. Which is what I received the next day. This happened around midnight. They are thieves and the manager covers their employees. Money lost,around 300 dls or 6000 pesos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast was good in the morning. The service was great and the people were friendly and helpful and took very good care of us. We are a very little spanish speaking family from Los Banos and they took good care of us. Went with girls soccer team out of Merced, CA Club MSA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall we liked our stay, but there were some glaring issues that prompted me to give it 3 stars. Room was nice, clean, and modern, but small with a bad view. They were unable to accommodate by switching our room. The worst part was not being able to store our luggage. This is the only hotel I have been in that was unwilling to store luggage post check out, citing that the owner doesn't like to do that for guests. This is an important accomodation for us since we normally have to check out prior to our flights leaving and do not want to drag our luggage around the city. We will not be staying here for future visits to the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grey customer service!! Every one is there to help. The rooms are small but everything it's new and it's equipped with all the necessary things to make your stay pleasant. The price of the rooms is pretty affordable and you are close to the downtown. Restaurants and bars walk distance. There is also a little park 4min walk distance where you can go for a run. This Hotel is 100% smoke free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Eco for 8 nights, and couldn't have been more satisfied. The staff was very friendly; beds were super comfortable; rooms were clean and accommodating. There's even a rooftop terrace. Great location as well. I highly recommend this hotel!
