★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alittle hard to get to the road to hotel is gravel part way but the view is great the lake the island,s loved it besides the great location the rooms are beautiful we were very happy you can walk down to the center of town key word here is down because coming back is all up hill take the cab about$6 dollars us all 'n all we love this place and we will be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not “Eco”, Not impressed. Depressing, cold rooms with hideous decor, not enough plugs for devices. Too many stairs for luggage. Website said breakfast was included - this was a lie and not honored even when we showed website to reception. Muy Malo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was excellent, the view was amazing, and the rooms were very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. Do be careful on the way up as near the hotel the road degrades greatly. I hope they repair it soon. ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Captivating in all aspects. Extraordinary: services, appearance, cleanliness, and location — I am appalled at the negative or unimpressed critics, maybe Mexico is not for them. Breakfast is weekends only, and the Hotel is located at a high altitude, and yes— the road up to the Hotel maybe a little challenging (but what road that goes up in life isn't?). Nevertheless the sight is captivating; I highly recommend.
