★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las unidades están bien, cuentan con baño, cargador para teléfono, asientos cómodos, sin embargo los tiempos de espera son largos, no respetan los horarios de salida, si requires llegar puntual ellos no son una opción, sus salidas suelen retrasarse hasta dos horas, los operadores realizando muchas paradas en el camino
The units are fine, they have a bathroom, a phone charger, comfortable seats, however the waiting times are long, they do not respect the departure times, if you need to arrive on time they are not an option, their departures are usually delayed up to two hours, operators making many stops along the way

En Monterrey pregunta por las promociones de martes o jueves, o bien por la membresía.
Sin duda volvería a viajar con ellos?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, precios accesibles, la atención a clientes es de primera, resuelven todas tus dudas y están al pendiente tuyo desde que entras hasta que abordas el autobús, los autobuses son muy cómodos, definitivamente es una gran opción para viajar a Monterrey y a la ciudad de México.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que atiende es muy amable, sin embargo no recomiendo para nada esta linea, Viajé de la ciudad de mexico a Monterrey y para empezar los choferes (oficialmente eran 2, pero llevaba otros 2 amigos) nada profesionales, iban en su pedo sin pensar en la seguridad de los que ibamos también, hacían muchismas paradas y todas innecesarias, de vocabulario ofensivo y para colmo el autobus se descompuso, evidentemente por su negligencia y nunca lo reportaron, los pasajeros reportamos (los que pudomos, porque nos quedamos en zona sin señal) y la linea no nos podia responder porque ellos no reportaron el inconveniente, tuvimos que pagar extra a otros transportes para que pudieran llevarnos, Nada de seriedad, ni profesionalismo en esta linea ¡pésimo!
The lady who attends is very friendly, however I do not recommend this line at all, I traveled from Mexico City to Monterrey and to start the drivers (officially there were 2, but I had 2 other friends) not professional, they went in their fart without thinking In the safety of those who were also going, they made many stops and all unnecessary, offensive vocabulary and to top it off the bus broke down, evidently due to their negligence and they never reported it, the passengers reported (those who could, because we stayed in the area without signal) and the line could not answer us because they did not report the problem, we had to pay extra to other transports so that they could take us, Nothing serious, or professionalism in this line, terrible!
