 Terrible customer service and attention. Without a doubt the worst place to rent a bike and / or have yours serviced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi bicicleta para un mantenimiento general y me la devolvieron peor que nunca. Desalineada y con los frenos mal tensados. Cuando fui a que la arreglen la dejaron peor y así sistemáticamente la han ido arruinado.
I took my bike for general maintenance and it was returned worse than ever. Misaligned and with badly tensioned brakes. When I went to get it fixed, they left it worse and have systematically ruined it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conocí esta tienda en Agosto del 2015, lleve mi bicicleta porque me recomendaron que tenían bien surtido de patitas para desviadores y yo necesitaba una, como no la tenían la que mi bici ocupaba pero me aseguraron que la podían conseguir en 1 o 2 semanas, les deje mi bicicleta y pagadas al 100% 2 patitas (una mas para refacccion mia $930 pesos), pasaron 2 MESES y yo era quien tenía que estarles preguntando sobre el avance, por el exagerado tiempo de espera fuí a cancelar la transacción y recoger mi bicicleta la cual me la entregaron con un porta ánfora quebrado (de fibra de carbón que me costo $500 pesos), la verdad no recomiendo esta tienda, de todas las que conozco creo que esta es la que menos les volvería a dejar mi bicicleta.
Lo escribe alguien que tiene 12 años en el ciclismo de montaña y ruta y compite en mtb cat. master elite. y recorre promedio 9,000kms al año en bici.
I met this store in August 2015, I took my bike because they recommended that they had a good assortment of derailleur legs and I needed one, as they did not have the one my bike occupied but they assured me that they could get it in 1 or 2 weeks, they I left my bike and paid 100% 2 legs (one more for spare part of me $ 930 pesos), 2 MONTHS passed and I was the one who had to be asking about the progress, for the exaggerated waiting time I went to cancel the transaction and pick up my bike which they delivered to me with a broken amphora carrier (of carbon fiber that cost me $ 500 pesos), I really do not recommend this store, of all the ones that I know I think this is the one that would leave them less my bike.
It is written by someone who is 12 years old in mountain and road cycling and competes in mtb cat. Elite Master and travels an average of 9,000km per year by bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad fue una experiencia muy incómoda, llevé mi bici para que le dieran una revisión completa y le dejaron el mismo problema de antes, mínimos detalles no se los revisaron. De regreso a casa se le botó y atoró horrible la cadena, me quedé tirada en la avenida. La llevé de vuelta y una actitud muy apática, no proponen nada, no me hicieron sentir nada tomada en cuenta. Jamás vuelvo y ojalá que a otros no les pase igual.
The truth was a very uncomfortable experience, I took my bike for a complete review and they left the same problem as before, minimal details were not reviewed. On the way home the chain was thrown away and jammed, I was left lying on the avenue. I took her back and a very apathetic attitude, they do not propose anything, they did not make me feel anything taken into account. I never come back and hopefully others will not experience the same.
