Llegue a lavar unas sábanas y salieron peor de lo que llegaron (al parecer mi jabón limpió su lavadora y todo el mugrero quedó en mis sábanas).Llegue un día a preguntar cuánto costaba un servicio y al siguiente estaba en otro precio. Le pedí a la encargada que de favor metiera una secadora y dijo que yo lo tenía que hacer, pero a la siguiente cliente si le hizo el servicio sin cargo extra.
The worst in the area. I got to wash some sheets and they came out worse than they came (apparently my soap cleaned his washing machine and all the dirt was on my sheets). I came one day to ask how much a service cost and the next it was at another price. I asked the manager to please put in a dryer and she said I had to do it, but she did the service to the next customer at no extra charge.

La respuesta de la encargada: el hacer la limpieza de las lavadoras es caro, así sale también mi ropa.
Como si fuera algo normal, por eso estamos como estamos con servicios de la mala calidad.
I took my clothes to wash and it came out all dirty, one pays to wash the clothes not for the dirty clothes to come out.
The manager's response: cleaning the washing machines is expensive, so my clothes come out as well.
As if it were something normal, that is why we are as we are with poor quality services.
