★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cuando dejas a lavar la ropa te dan una hora de entrega vas por tu ropa y te hacen esperar una hora porque aún no la tienen lista.
 Terrible service, when you stop to wash your clothes they give you a delivery time you go for your clothes and they make you wait an hour because they don't have them ready yet.

Cuando dañan las prendas no se hacen responsables aun cuando tienen ciertas politicas para reembolsar. Simplemente se hacen tontos diciendo que tienen que llamar a alguien más y nunca arreglan nada.
Terrible business, never go to this place !!
When they damage the garments they are not responsible even when they have certain policies to reimburse. They just goof around saying they have to call someone else and they never fix anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable, las secadoras no sirven. Yo siempre había ido a otra lavandería pero en esta ocasión no servía la lavadora que ocupaba, decidí probar otra opción pero quedé muy decepcionada y a disgusto. Personalmente no vuelvo aquí.
Nothing advisable, the dryers don't work. I had always gone to another laundry but on this occasion it was not the washing machine I used, I decided to try another option but I was very disappointed and disgusted. Personally I don't come back here.

Hay algunas lavadoras que no funcionan bien, hay que escoger otras para dejen la ropa bien lavada.
Bad service, the programming that they put to the dryers does not allow the good performance and the clothes are not well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No quieren que metas más de dos cobertores cuándo fácilmente caben 4 o 5. Las secadoras están ajustadas para no gastar gas, por consiguiente te queda la ropa mojada para que pagues otra secada. Les falta muchísima actitud de servicio, te atienden con malas caras.
They do not want you to put more than two covers when 4 or 5 easily fit. The dryers are adjusted to not waste gas, so you have wet clothes to pay for another dry. They lack a lot of service attitude, they treat you with bad faces.
