Hola ojala y no traigan ropa a planchar pensé que seria bueno pero tremenda equivocación mala de lo peor traje dos docenas a planchar y todas mal planchadas de plano traje 10 a que las volvieran a planchar y de las 10, 8 malas no quise exaltarme porque son dos señoritas (eso creo) y solo les dije que les faltaban esos detalles y solo me respondió así nos enseñaron el ecoclean.
Mal señores el tener a personal que solo hacen quedar mal a esta empresa
Ojo no traigan a planchar aca
Y me supongo también en lavar

Hello hopefully and they don't bring clothes to be ironed, I thought it would be good but a tremendous mistake, bad of the worst, I brought two dozen to iron and all badly ironed, I brought 10 to be ironed again and at 10, 8 bad I did not want to get excited because they are Two young ladies (I think so) and I only told them that they were missing those details and they only responded that way they showed us the ecoclean.
Bad gentlemen to have staff that only make this company look bad
Be careful not to bring ironing here
And I am also supposed to wash

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las empleadas se muestran disgustadas cuando les preguntamos algo. Ya que la primra ves que fui a autoservicio no sabia como era el sistema y al preguntarles si me contestaban pero de mala gana. Me parece que no son formas de atender a la gente. Obvio tal vez eso es la primera vez. Pero deberian tomar mas atencion en eso.
The employees are upset when we ask them something. Since the first time I went to the self-service I did not know what the system was like and when I asked them if they answered me but reluctantly. It seems to me that they are not ways of serving people. Obvious maybe that's the first time. But they should take more attention on that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia por necesidad tengo que ir a lavar allí ya que no hay otra lavandería de esas cerca, las instalaciones bien pero el personal que labora allí es pesimo sobre todo la chica que recién se pinto el cabello de rayos, tiene un pesimo carácter y si siguen así seguramente perderán muchos clientes
Very bad experience out of necessity I have to go wash there since there is no other laundry of those nearby, the facilities are fine but the staff that works there is terrible especially the girl who just painted her hair with lightning bolts, she has a terrible character and If they continue like this, they will surely lose many customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las empleadas del turno de la tarde siempre se muestran groseras y de mala cara, responden muy mal cuando se les pregunta algo. Deberían poner atención en su personal, ellas brindan un servicio y así ni ganas de regresar a esa lavandería.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están limpias, su sistema es ordenado y así evitan que se sature, es muy rápido. Lo único malo es que el tiempo de sus máquinas está mal, marcan más tiempo del que realmente te dan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen con horario de apertura, según estipulan ellos mismos qué a las 7 am y más de 5 ocasiones (cómo ahorita) abren casi 1 hora después.
Al dueño de la franquicia lo ignoran sus empleadas, les Cubre sus impuntualidades, es obtuso, no tiene sentido de dueñes, no tiene idea de manejar un negocio, no le interesa por motivos distintos....
Lo que sí es seguro es:
Si ofrece un servicio donde el mismo impone su horario..pues qué cumpla
They do not comply with opening hours, as they themselves stipulate that at 7 am and more than 5 occasions (like right now) they open almost 1 hour later.
The owner of the franchise is ignored by his employees, he covers their tardiness, he is obtuse, he has no sense of ownership, he has no idea of running a business, he is not interested for different reasons....
