Tuvimos un problema con 2 minisplits y el gerente nos recomendó a dicho técnico, aparte de la NULA comunicación por parte del técnico el gerente se deslinda de la responsabilidad de haber recomendado a dicho técnico al decir "No lo puedo estar regañando, yo solo le paso los trabajos" que falta de responsabilidad y respeto por el cliente...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el 23 de diciembre, llevo esperando a que vengan a checar una unidad que compre, si desde un principio la pedí con frío y calor ,no es mucho pedir que la calefacción funcione llamo a sus oficinas y nadie responde y por WhatsApp solo me deja en visto .
En serio que tienen un pésimo servicio y atención al cliente.
Para nada recomendaría comprar con ellos sus equipos no funcionan sus técnicos tampoco y el servicio al cliente menos.

They seriously have terrible service and customer care.
I would not recommend buying with them at all, their equipment does not work, their technicians do not work either, and their customer service is less so.
