K	Kathya Ureña on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que debe haber una diferencia entre raquítico y eco o sustentable. El baño no bajaba solo y el abanico del techo hacia ruido y luego ya no prendió. El cuarto cuenta con mini-split y televisión pero no brindan controles. Hay construcciones por todos lados por lo que no es muy privado ni silencioso. Dice en Airbnb que cuentan con cocineta pero no se ven ni rastros de donde pueda estar. Te dan un rollo de papel y si te lo terminas te invitan a comprarles más... No se encuentra a unas cuadras de la playa, con las inundaciones son mínimo 10 cuadras de rodear y caminar entre el lodo. No volvería a reservar. It seems to me that there must be a difference between rickety and eco or sustainable. The bathroom did not go down by itself and the ceiling fan made noise and then did not turn on. The room has a mini-split and television but does not provide controls. There are buildings everywhere so it is not very private or silent. It says on Airbnb that they have a kitchenette but there are no signs of where it may be. They give you a roll of paper and if you finish it they invite you to buy more ... It is not located a few blocks from the beach, with the floods it is at least 10 blocks to go around and walk through the mud. I would not book again.

No tuvieron lista nuestra habitación, el personal quejándose de temas de la agencia que honestamente uno como huésped no tiene porqué enterarse nos tuvieron esperando bajo la lluvia 1 hr aprox. antes de decirnos que no nos Hiba a recibir. Honestly it would not be a place that I would recommend, the reception staff very poor attention and service. They did not have our room ready, the staff complaining about agency issues that honestly one as a guest does not have to know they had us waiting in the rain for about 1 hour. before telling us that he was not going to receive us.

The room is spacious, clean and made of sustainable materials. 100% use of solar energy! Zoe, the owner, is very hospitable and nice. She worked hard to build up this place and we really respect that. These are the kind of locals you should support on the island!!
S	Sarina Ziche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t even know where to start - I really found a home in Holbox. Zoe has been an amazing host from the start. She sent me all the great places to eat and provided me with necessary contacts on the island. Also every morning you can enjoy a really good Mexican coffee in the dining area and talk to the other guests (if you’d like). Zoe made all the guests feel welcome and home. At first I was not sure about this accommodation since I read some negative reviews regarding the location. After staying here, I would really recommend the Ecoco to anyone who is environmentally aware and wants to stay in a quite, beautiful area. I even extended my stay here for an additional five nights because I loved it so much! The accommodation is situated a little bit outside from the city center and the beach. However it is only a ten minute walk and you’re in the center of everything! :) My room was amazing, so spacious and clean and every room has its own balcony. I just love this place and I will definitely come back!! Thank you Zoe for everything!
