About Ecofiltro México
El acceso al agua potable es un derecho fundamental para todos los habitantes, sin embargo, cientos de millones de personas carecen de este líquido por falta de infraestructura o de recursos económicos.
Esta situación motivó al ingeniero guatemalteco Fernando Mazariegos para crear, en 1990, dentro del Instituto Centroamericano de Investigación y Tecnología Industrial (ICAITI), un filtro de agua altamente eficiente, de costo accesible, gran durabilidad y muy bajo mantenimiento. Es así como nació Ecofiltro, un purificador y dispensador de agua ecológico elaborado a partir de elementos sencillos y naturales como barro, plata coloidal y carbón activado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a los 2 años se cayó la pintra interior, carisimos para durar sólo 2 años.
la tienda tomo fotos, dijo que contactaria alproveedor y el proveedor aun no da una solución. Moraleja!! no debi haber ido con la tienda donde se compró, sino directamente con el proveedor(ecofiltro), gracias por haberme contactado de inmediato y super amables haber resuelto este asunto.
at 2 years the interior paint fell off, very expensive to last only 2 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo 1 año 2 meses usándolo, realice una limpieza a los 6 meses y a los 8 meses después realice un cambio total de filtro.
Encontrando lombrices en su interior.
No lo recomiendo para nada. La respuesta de ellos fue un " solo límpielo y vuelva a utilizarlo".
Creo que no cumple con todas las NOM, tendré que revisarlo.
Pésimo no lo recomiendo.
I have been using it for 1 year 2 months, clean it after 6 months and 8 months later make a total filter change.
Finding worms inside.
I don't recommend it at all. Their response was "just clean it and use it again".
I think it does not comply with all NOMs, I will have to review it.
Terrible I do not recommend it.

Su garantía es de solo 48 horas. Después me ofrecieron envío gratis y tardaron casi una semana en ayudarme con ello. Cuando al fin me generan mi orden de compra me dicen que el método de pago que quiero (y que les había comentado desde un inicio) no funciona.
I don't know if the product is good, but their customer service is lousy.
Your warranty is only 48 hours. Then they offered me free shipping and it took them almost a week to help me with it. When they finally generate my purchase order, they tell me that the payment method that I want (and that I had told them from the beginning) does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Es lo máximo! Yo tengo el modelo de Cerámica 20 litros y es totalmente eficiente. Siempre tengo agua, ya no necesito comprar y cargar garrafones para tomar agua purificada. Y lo mejor de todo es que es ecológico :D 10/10
It is the maximum! I have the 20 liter Ceramic model and it is totally efficient. I always have water, I no longer need to buy and carry jugs to drink purified water. And the best of all is that it is ecological :D 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente producto. No tuve problema para instalarlo y seguí las indicaciones. Tal cual al principio sabe un poco a barro y usé esa agua para mis plantas pero este sabor desaparece después de unos días. Aparte ahorré en seguir comprar garrafones y agua embotellada.
Excellent product. I had no problem installing it and followed the prompts. As it is at first it tastes a bit muddy and I used that water for my plants but this taste disappears after a few days. Besides, I saved on continuing to buy jugs and bottled water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención! ? La tienda/showroom no está abierto al público (aún SEP/21) por lo que es recomendable hacer cita con anticipación. Está escondido porque no es un local comercial. La persona que nos recibió fue súper amable, nos aclaró todas la dudas y ahí mismo compramos, salimos contentos con nuestra cajota (no pesa mucho). El filtro está precioso (los de cerámica se ven muy elegantes). Se llevan un 10 de 10 en servicio.
Excellent attention! ? The store / showroom is not open to the public (still SEP / 21) so it is advisable to make an appointment in advance. It is hidden because it is not a commercial premises. The person who received us was super friendly, clarified all the doubts and right there we bought, we were happy with our box (it does not weigh much). The filter is beautiful (ceramic ones look very elegant). They take a 10 out of 10 in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a mini water filter from their website, and it was exactly as described. They didn't accept my U.S. credit card, so I went to a pharmacy and paid in cash. The filter arrived in perfect condition at my building a few days later. I would recommend Ecofiltro Mexico.
