★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busqué en varios lugares la mejor forma de canjear el vale. Ninguno se acercó al nivel de servicio, precios y atención.
Cierran a las 7pm, pero a mi me esperaron posterior a esa hora y me atendieron con total amabilidad, sin prisas y me explicaron todo a detalle.
Realizaron sugerencias acerca de su experiencia con la calidad de distintas marcas y se ofrecieron a apoyarme con las garantías en caso de que sea necesario (aunque se deben de resolver directo con el fabricante).
Si quieres canjear tu vale, ECOFOVI es tu opción.
Especial reconocimiento para Yazmín Cruz, que siempre me mantuvo al tanto del proceso de autorización y llegada de los equipos.
I searched various places for the best way to redeem the voucher. None came close to the level of service, prices and attention.
They close at 7pm, but they waited for me after that time and they treated me with total kindness, without rushing and they explained everything to me in detail.
They made suggestions about their experience with the quality of different brands and offered to support me with guarantees if necessary (although they must be resolved directly with the manufacturer).
If you want to redeem your voucher, ECOFOVI is your option.

Los recomiendo ampliamente, tuve un trato muy amable y muy servicial de parte de su asesora Yazmín Cruz, todo lo que ordené fue tal cual lo que recibí. Comparando los precios de otros lugares donde aceptaban los vales, este fue el más económico. Sin duda la mejor opción en Veracruz. AMPLIAMENTE RECOMENDABLE.
I exchanged my Eco-Technology voucher at Ecofovi, I was surprised at the speed with which they attended me. I highly recommend them, I had a very friendly and very helpful treatment from their advisor Yazmín Cruz, everything I ordered was exactly what I received.
