★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de entrega es muy informal..fijan una fecha para entrega y no llegan. No se comunican para notificar el motivo. Ojalá mejoren ese punto.
The delivery service is very informal ... they set a date for delivery and they don't arrive. They do not communicate to notify the reason. Hopefully they improve that point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ofrecieron un televisor AURUS con ciertas caracteristicas y especificaciones. El 1er dia que use el televisor, no funciona adecuadamente, los controles no responden, su interfaz es muy lenta, se congela la imagen, tarda mas de 15 minutos en prender, no se puede apagar solo desconectandolo de la energía electrica, lo reporté con su número de atención a clientes, y ahora me comentan que tengo que resolverlo directo con fabricante.
They offered me an AURUS TV with certain features and specifications. The 1st day you use the TV, it does not work properly, the controls do not respond, its interface is very slow, the image freezes, it takes more than 15 minutes to turn on, it cannot be turned off just by disconnecting it from the electrical power, I reported it with their customer service number, and now they tell me that I have to resolve it directly with the manufacturer.
