★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy malo el trato en el primer filtro cuando llamas, para pedir el servicio; nunca marcaron dentro de las 24 hrs. que nos indicaron, nosotros fuimos quienes volvimos a llamar. Definitivamente el trato en línea telefónica fue grosero.
It is very bad the treatment in the first filter when you call, to request the service; they never dialed within 24 hours. they told us, we were the ones who called again. Definitely the online phone treatment was rude.
