Primero porque te dan la impresión de que ni tu dinero ni tu trabajo les importan, casi que "si no me das tu trabajo no importa, ya llegarán otros clientes", y no se trata de eso. Además la encargada tiene cierta actitud pedante que provoca que uno no quieres tener contacto con ella, y deseas no encontrartela cuando vas. En cuanto a informalidad, no te dan una fecha de entrega concreta ya que ponen mil pretextos, definitivamente no los recomiendo, aunque sus precios son bastante atractivos, la próxima vez buscaré otra opción.
The work they deliver is good, but definitely their formality and the way they treat you leaves much to be desired. First, because they give you the impression that neither your money nor your work matters to them, almost that "if you don't give me your work it doesn't matter, other clients will come", and that's not what it is. In addition, the manager has a certain pedantic attitude that causes you not to want to have contact with her, and you want not to meet her when you go. As for informality, they do not give you a specific delivery date since they put a thousand excuses, I definitely do not recommend them, although their prices are quite attractive, next time I will look for another option.
