★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención por medio de marketplace/Facebook, pues como pueden ver les mandé mensaje en dos ocasiones y solamente me dejaron en visto, de que sirve anunciarse por medios electrónicos si no van a utilizarlos y contestarlos sobre todo para quienes se deben a: el cliente, por lo que tuve que acudir personalmente para ver si tenían el artículo que buscaba. Por otra parte sino me doy cuenta oportunamente habrían montado una llanta de medida distinta a la solicitada por mi y aferrados a qué yo les había pedido la medida que ellos me daban, les dije que no hasta que seguido de insistir un par de veces se pusieron a buscar la llanta solicitada. Todo lo anterior se me hizo mal de parte de los encargados o dueños(as) semiburgueses, los talacheros a todo dar/madre y contestando mis preguntas y todo lo solicitado en buen plan. Creo es cuestión de mejorar la administración como tal, en específico de una persona super delgada y chaparra (mujer) quien es quien atendió esa parte.
Very bad attention through the marketplace / Facebook, because as you can see I sent them a message twice and they only let me see, what is the use of advertising by electronic means if they are not going to use them and answer them especially for those who are due to: the customer, so I had to go personally to see if they had the item I was looking for. On the other hand, if I did not realize in due time, they would have mounted a different size tire from the one requested by me and clinging to what I had asked them for the size they gave me, I told them no until I continued to insist a couple of times they put to find the requested tire. All of the above was done badly by the managers or owners (as) semi-bourgeois, the talacheros to all give / mother and answering my questions and everything requested in a good plan. I think it is a matter of improving the administration as such, specifically of a super thin and short person (woman) who is the one who attended that part.

Terrible service, I went to have some insurance for the compacts of the rims of a truck, it took more than 4 hours, and in the end the owner perforated two compacts on the ride, apart from that they put some security screws that were not the ones that we agreed.
