★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, tienen productos con defecto y aun así los cobran como si estuvieran al 100 en función y estética, aparte te dan un precio con "descuento" y a la hora del pago te lo cobran sin descuento qué por qué es el precio de la etiqueta, deja mucho qué desear el trato de la señora y el señor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su mobiliario es de buena calidad aunque el servicio al cliente no tanto. Les falta formalidad en sus documentos y facturan sobre el precio mas IVA., el flete es un problema porque no tienen compromiso ni horario de entrega y dudan mucho sobre si podrán entregarte o no, les falta planeación. Parecen una buena opción pero podrían ser mejores ademas no aceptan tarjetas.

They lack formality in their documents and invoice about the price plus VAT., Freight is a problem because they have no commitment or delivery schedule and doubt much about whether they can deliver you or not, they lack planning.
