★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vida de mi familia en riesgo. Rentamos una Express Van el viernes 28 de abril del 2017. el modelo que nos asignaron fue un 2011. Pregunté si estaba en buenas condiciones mecánicas porque llevaría a toda mi familia. aseguraron que sí. El lunes 1 de mayo ya de regreso a la CDMX empecé a escuchar un ruido extraño en la rueda delantera izquierda, paramos en un mecánico de carretera y le pedí la revisara. El diagnóstico fue que el cáliper (portabalatas de freno) venía sin un tornillo y el otro estaba a punto de caer. La consecuencias hubieran sido fatales si no me hubiera dado cuenta, afortunadamente nada pasó. Lo desagradable es que la empresa minimizó esta situación y solo me ofreció una disculpa..."mire sr. que bueno que no pasó a mayores, una disculpa pero yo no soy el de mantenimiento." Me reembolsaron los 300 pesos y me dieron por satisfecho.
No recomendaría a esta empresa por nada del mundo.
The life of my family at risk. We rented an Express Van on Friday, April 28, 2017. The model assigned to us was a 2011. I asked if it was in good mechanical condition because it would take my whole family. They said yes. On Monday, May 1, when I returned to Mexico City, I began to hear a strange noise in the left front wheel, we stopped at a road mechanic and asked him to review it. The diagnosis was that the caliper (brake pad holder) came without a screw and the other was about to fall. The consequences would have been fatal if I hadn't realized, fortunately nothing happened. The unpleasant thing is that the company minimized this situation and only offered me an apology ... "Look mr. Good thing it didn't happen to adults, an apology but I'm not the maintenance one." They reimbursed me 300 pesos and I was satisfied.
I would not recommend this company for anything in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es verdad lo que comentan en algunas reseñas, han cambiado de administración y ubicación y dan un servicio de primera, estamos muy contentos con la camioneta que rentamos y los precios son bastante razonables para la calidad de camionetas que ofrecen con el seguro ampliado que nos dieron para ir bien seguros hasta california porque si te dejan sacar las camionetas del país con su permiso. Los encargados son personas tambien y hacen todo lo posible por siempre atender de manera puntual aunque el servicio a domicilio los retrase pero fuera de eso vale mucho la pena.
