Siempre muy amables con esta ocasión me guardaron las cosas en las bolsas de una forma muy fea y me dijeron que mi bolsa aguantaba, no me ayudaron y entiendo que ya no deben darse bolsas pláticas en muchos establecimientos pero cuando llevas hasta 5 bolsas en cada visita por lo menos pides comprensión y aunque aguanten las bolsas !! No aguantan las manos !!! First time they were rude. Always very kind with this occasion they kept things in the bags in a very ugly way and they told me that my bag held, they did not help me and I understand that there should no longer be talks in many establishments but when you carry up to 5 bags at each visit At least you ask for understanding and even withstand the bags! Los envíos a domicilio muy bien. La última vez que fui una señora reclamó lo de la distancia y que dejaban entrar sin cubrebocas y las empleadas la ignoraron diciéndole que “no pueden molestar a sus clientes”, o sea le dan más importancia a los clientes que no respetan que a los que si aplican las medidas. Pésimo! Yo no se porque a parte de RATERA todavía se hace la ofendida?! En esa tienda todos sus empleados siempre me atendían muy bien y ahora las nuevas cajeras son RATERAS y atienden de mala gana y no se les puede ni decir algo porque se ofenden! Este domingo 2 de febrero de 2020 nuevamente fui y la cajera otra vez me cobró de más!!! tengo mis tickets para comprobar pero como no lo revisé en ese momento sino hasta que salí entonces mi reclamo no es válido!! Que pena que la ex maestra (dueña) no supervise a su personal PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN APESTAN, CAJERAS RATERAS!
