Mi recomendación es que jamás compren aquí. its delivery logistics is the worst. It's been a month and they don't deliver my order or reply to my messages. Pero lo que no me gusta es que están hechos en China, porque no los fabrican en Méxic? Son solo vasos y desechables, no es la gran ciencia. Además, están más baratos en Superama 30 pesitos la bolsita con 20 vasos de 8 onzas , supongo Walmart los obliga a darles él mejor precio porque si no, los sacan de sus tiendas. Good products, no doubt about that, I have bought them for 1 year and only a couple of glasses went wrong, but I buy about 200 a month, so there is no complaint about that. But what I don't like is that they are made in China, why don't they make them in Mexico? They are just cups and disposables, not big science. Also, 30 pesos a bag with 20 8-ounce glasses are cheaper in Superama, I suppose Walmart forces them to give them the best price because if not, they take them out of their stores.

El Producto salió con defectos, lo único bueno que tenían son las mangas para el cafe Every time you ask for something, everything is always sold out. It is not a trustworthy provider. El último pedido que hice lo realicé el 14 y apenas el 22 lo enviaron, la atención a clientes horrible, contestan cuando quieren y de mala gana. Me comuniqué a Atención a Clientes y me atendió Juan M.Martínez, pongo calificación de 3 y no de 1 gracias a que el resolvió todo para que me llegara mi producto al siguiente día, estuvo en comunicación constante y es muy atento. Ecoshell ¿cómo es posible que una empresa tan grande esté fallando en procesos tan sencillos? ¡ATENCIÓN!
