E	Emily Maldonado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se dejen engañar , el lugar es bonito pero la atención al cliente y el trato es pésimo ... y para acabar la mayoría de los peces no se venden y cada persona te da distinto precio ya que ellos mismos se contradicen, entonces no tiene sentido ir ?‍♀️ Don't be fooled, the place is nice but the customer service and treatment is lousy... and finally most of the fish are not sold and each person gives you a different price since they contradict themselves, so you don't have sense to go ?‍♀️

Escogimos unos y a lo último nos cambiaron los peces pésimo servicio y no fueron para disculparse pero en fin no pienso regresar gracias! Since we arrived they treated us very badly, we were determined to buy several fish and almost nothing according to the one who attended us was available for sale! We chose some and at the end they changed the fish, lousy service and they did not come to apologize but in the end I will not return, thanks!
l	luis antk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy decepcionado de la atención al cliente. Visite desde algo lejos y llegando no hay casi nada en venta todo son peces reproductor QUE NO VENDEN. Venden casi lo que quieren Venderte no tienen rango a elegir. Escogimos peces a nuestro gusto de lo poco que tenían disponible y ya para ir a buscarlos y pagar nos querían dar otros que si eran mismo tipo de pez pero nada que ver los que habíamos elegido. Desde el ingeniero encargado hasta los empleados son de pésima atención al cliente solo hubo un Empleado que fue atento. Justo pensé que habíamos encontrado un lugar hermoso de crianza de pez en Veracruz!! que si lo es pero la administración y la gente a cargo muy mal. El dueño o ing a cargo daba un precio y luego lo cambiaban. Ahora terminando concluí comprando solo algunos. Pero con la sorpresa solo encontraron una bolsa de lo que habíamos elegido. Y ni para decir un descuento o pedir una disculpa por el detalle. Que por cierto nosotros mismos agarramos los peces para poder elegir de nuestro agrado. los echamos a una de sus tinas o trastes y se los dimos para que los embolsará y aún así los perdieron o nos los cambiaron queriendo dar revueltos con otros peces que no eran. La verdad la decepción total. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO!! Very disappointed in customer service. Visit from a little far away and arriving there is almost nothing for sale, everything is breeding fish THAT DO NOT SELL. They sell almost what they want to sell to you they have no range to choose from. We chose fish to our liking from the little they had available and to go look for them and pay they wanted to give us others that were the same type of fish but nothing to do with the ones we had chosen. From the engineer in charge to the employees, they are terrible customer service, there was only one Employee who was attentive. I just thought we had found a beautiful fish breeding place in Veracruz!! Yes, it is, but the administration and the people in charge are very bad. The owner or manager in charge gave a price and then changed it. Now finishing I concluded buying only a few. But with the surprise they only found a bag of what we had chosen. And not even to say a discount or apologize for the detail. That by the way we ourselves catch the fish to be able to choose to our liking. We put them in one of their tubs or dishes and gave them to them to bag them and even so they lost them or they changed them for us wanting to mix them with other fish that were not. The truth the total disappointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!
