★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienen vale de ecotecnologia por medio de Infonavit, piénselo bien antes de canjearlo aquí, te atienden muy bonito, pero a la hora de entregar son incumplidos, te dicen que en 15 días hábiles te entregan, van 36 días naturales y aún no me entregan, además no contestan, y si te contestan te dan vueltas y vueltas.AGUAS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no respetan su horario de atención, no se diga de teléfonos. Pero cuando quieren tu vale te prometen todo, incluido que puedes comprar todo lo que sea aunque no esté autorizado por Infonavit.
Terrible service, they do not respect their hours of operation, not to mention telephones. But when they want your voucher they promise you everything, including that you can buy anything even if it is not authorized by Infonavit.

Es pésimo, tiempos de espera demasiado largos 3-4 meses para entregar, además quieren entregar de uno en una pieza en una pieza.
Le achacan la culpa al proveedor ( acoso no hay más proveedores?)
Cuando es necesario reclamar garantía no se hacen responsables.
Te dan equipos obsoletos o muuy viejos como si fueran de año reciente.
Después quieren entregarte marcas económicas por otras marcas reconocidas como si fueran precio a la par.
