★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aunque sea muy bueno sus productos el personal no tiene la capacidad de atención siempre buscan pretextos para no enviar los productos a tiempo, no existe una persona que pueda tomar decisiones, yo creo que mejor les pagaran por comisión lo que vendan para que le pongan mas empeño a su trabajo.
PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN
 Although its products are very good, the staff does not have the attention capacity they always look for excuses not to send the products on time, there is no person who can make decisions, I think they better pay them commission what they sell to put more Endeavor to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes eran excelentes de un tiempo, para acá, pésimo servicio, lentitud para un tonner, entregan tonner mal armado días para recolectar un tonner, mis impresoras ahí les hacían mantenimiento, y ahora ya no hacen un PÉSIMO SERVICIO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy descontento con el servicio. Tuve que llamar para solicitar información sobre mi pedido, sólo para enterarme que no lo tendrían listo porque supuestamente mi cartucho estaba dañado. Fui a otra empresa y recargaron el tóner sin excusa alguna, además que me mencionaron que el supuesto daño era inexistente. Después de platicar la experiencia con otras personas, resulta que todos tienen una pésima opinión del servicio de Ecotoner.
Very unhappy with the service. I had to call to request information about my order, only to find out that they would not have it ready because my cartridge was supposedly damaged. I went to another company and they reloaded the toner without any excuse, and they mentioned that the alleged damage was non-existent. After discussing the experience with other people, it turns out that everyone has a bad opinion of the Ecotoner service.

Yo siempre recargo mis cartuchos aquí y la verdad siempre estoy satisfecha, imprimo mejor que con los cartuchos nuevos desechables, me gusta el servicio Ecotoner
I read the comment about the lord with discontent! The issue with the company is that they do not risk the cartridge refill if it has any damage to avoid subsequent claims! I always recharge my cartridges here and I am always satisfied, I print better than with the new disposable cartridges, I like the Ecotoner service
