Nosotros cometimos el error de no investigarlos antes de irnos con ellos porque nos dejamos llevar por las "ofertas" que nos dieron. Llevamos más de 1 mes esperando a que nos entregen nuestras cosas, apenas recibimos respuesta y nos dijeron que en 2 semanas, lo que ya serían cerca de los 2 meses esperando. Por favor, no se dejen llevar por las "promociones" que ofrecen en este lugar, son pesimos, BUSQUEN OTRO PROVEEDOR. L	Luis Saucedo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, nosotros hicimos el pedido de refrigerador, estufa y lavadora a finales de noviembre pasando las 4 semanas de límite marcabamos para saber si tenían ya las cosas y nada, ya en febrero tuvimos que ir nosotros solo por el refri y la estufa por qué aún no llegaba la lavadora (siendo que se suponía que el costo incluía el flete) hace una semana fuimos por la lavadora (una que tenían ahí, no la que habíamos pedido) por qué de lo contrario teníamos que seguir esperando a que llegara y esperar a que tuvieran una entrega cercas del área de apodaca. NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, busquen otras opciones con buenas referencias, te dicen al principio "somos los más rápidos en entregar" "mejoramos precios" traen a asesores muy labiosos pero el servicio después de firmar es pésimo.
