When we arrived, they told us that the cabin's lock was not working and although we arrived later than check-in, they fixed it as we were getting settled. It didn't work out so we never got the key. We asked for the control of the air conditioning but it never turned on, another guest was very upset about the same thing and obviously there was no one to fix it. They did not provide us with towels, it had never happened to us in all the places we have stayed they give us towels no matter how cheap they are. That was for me, the least pleasant. Fortunately we brought, since we went elsewhere later. They told us that we could not take food but when we went to dinner, there was no variety, only wings or boneless, they cannot afford this, there is nothing around to go out to dinner, the closest thing is San Blas and you have to pay a booth. If you are not going to pass up food, at least make sure you have a good varied menu. Very attentive staff always, all. From the girl at the reception, to the guys who served at the bar.
