Para colmo no me quisieron regresar mi dinero, me lo dejaron “a favor”. Como si fuera a regresar... cuando les pregunté porque no habían marcado, su respuesta fue: pues no salen llamadas a celular... muy poco profesionales y serviciales. Terrible service, they did not wash my garment and they did not dial me to warn me that they could not do it. To top it off they did not want to return my money, they left it "for me". Y sé que no las lavaron porque en casa, con una simple toalla húmeda quite todas las manchas, y grabe el video como prueba de la ineptitud y holgazanería de este lugar. Eso si, bien que cobran por adelantado. Te ponen un papelito de "ahí usted disculpe" pero yo lo considero la excusa para no trabajar y cobrar por nada. Pésimo servicio!
