Es una pena, porque son los mejores de Querétaro, pero el servicio al cliente en la sucursal El Jacal / Puerta Real deja mucho que desear. A última hora tuvimos que buscar en otro lugar. Mal.
 The cake that needed a birthday did not arrive. Even though I ordered it ahead of time and was told it was a "top of the line" flavor.
It's a shame, because they are the best in Querétaro, but the customer service at the El Jacal / Puerta Real branch leaves much to be desired. At the last minute we had to look elsewhere. Wrong.
