★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es padrisimo estar en el box, se siente un ambiente de confianza y apoyo, a parte de la motivación que recibes, de parte de los coach y de Damian y Ary, es padrisimo, inclusive para hacer ejercicios que jamás imaginaste poder hacer, y me encanta tomar clases con mis dos hijos y mis sobrinos, es motivante conocer mucha gente y gente con los mismos o distintos objetivos pero con el mismo gusto en común!!!!!!! Me encantaaaaaaa!!!!! ampliámente recomendado!!!!!!!. Lo único que yo les pediría es que pongan más HEAVY METAL por favorsitooooooooo ? ?????
It's great to be in the box, you feel an atmosphere of trust and support, apart from the motivation you receive, from the coaches and Damian and Ary, it's great, even to do exercises that you never imagined being able to do, and I I love taking classes with my two children and my nephews, it is motivating to meet many people and people with the same or different goals but with the same taste in common !!!!!!! I love it !!!!! highly recommended !!!!!!! The only thing I would ask of you is to put more HEAVY METAL please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location to workout and get a CrossFit WOD in. Near the city center. The owners are every helpful and welcoming. If you're new they are happy to teach you from the start how to complete the workouts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite crossfit gym in Mexico so far. The equipment is pretty good, and the space is excellent. The crowd is a normal mix of people, so you shouldn't be intimidated if you are new. The instructors are good, but if you are an experienced cross-fit athlete, you might not learn a lot. Overall a great place to train.
