★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente BOX. De vacaciones en San Miguel le pedimos algo leve al Coach Damián y por supuesto que nos hizo sufrir. Buen espacio, equipo nuevecito y muy buena calidad, baños y coacheo excelente. No dudes ir a sudar un rato!!!!!
Excellent BOX. On vacation in San Miguel we asked Coach Damián for something light and of course he made us suffer. Good space, brand new equipment and very good quality, bathrooms and excellent coaching. Do not hesitate to go sweat for a while !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I dropped into Edge while vacationing in San Miguel de Allende; Coach Miguel was awesome!!! The strength EMOM and partner workout were challenging but fun. Definitely plan to return during our trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The go to spot for CrossFit in SMA. I dropped in here while visiting for a long weekend and it didn’t disappoint. The instructor spoke English well and the class had a good turnout. As of Feb. 2019, they have 6 classes per weekday. There is no open gym and they are closed on weekends. You can message them via their Facebook page if you have any questions.

Coaches explain all movements and provide alternatives. Equipment is clean, good quality, good condition.
Bring your own drinking water.
