★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, son groseros y prepotentes. Nada que ver con lo que sé espera de una empresa que se dice cultural. No me quedaron más ganas de adquirir sus libros.
Customer service leaves much to be desired, they are rude and pushy. Nothing to do with what I know is expected from a company that calls itself cultural. I couldn't wait to buy your books.

Very good titles at very affordable prices. One of the few publishers in the state where you can find works by contemporary writers from Guadalajara. They also have in their catalog works by José Luís Peixoto and Aleš Šteger.
